Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of high order volume, shipments may be slightly delayed. We will inform you if there is any significant delay.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time depends on your location:
- Within Kerala: 2–4 business days
- South India: 3–6 business days
- Rest of India: 4–8 business days
Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to external factors like weather, courier delays, or peak seasons.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Free shipping may be available on selected offers or minimum order values.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email.
You can track your order directly through the courier partner’s website.
Packaging

Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate.
Althamar is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
We will contact you for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
