Why Unboxing Videos Are Required?
Unboxing videos are crucial for verifying claims and ensuring issues occurred during shipping. This protects both parties.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Due to perishability, refunds for personal taste/preference are generally not offered. Contact us with concerns, and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.
- No refund will be issued if the product damage is determined to be caused by the client.

Important Notes
- If your refund involves a return of the items, we will only process the refund after the product reaches us. Return shipping instructions will be provided.
- The mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances and the bank’s policy. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI or any 3rd party wallet please allow 5 - 7 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.
